Migration phenology of long distance spring migrants

Twenty-two species are monitored annually to establish their migrations times at North Bull Island. Results to date, based on eight years data, show that species arrive in a relatively consistent order each spring. When a longer dataset has been established the mean arrival times will be examined for trends and for potential causes of any trends observed.
